Our doctor(s) and staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal services available today. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy.

Patients With Dental Insurance

For our patients with dental insurance, our office requests that your individual co-payment is paid at the time of service. In the event that the amount of required co-payment is not known, our office requests that 50% of the total treatment be paid at the time of service. Our office will submit all paperwork to your insurance company for you, as well as handling any information requests or re-submissions. Once your insurance company has made payment, we will either refund you by check if there is an over-payment, or send you a statement if there is still a balance remaining on the account.

Our office typically requests payment in full at the time of service for those patients that do not have dental insurance. We are also pleased to offer a 5% professional courtesy for any of our patients that are 65 and over. A non-concurrent 5% fee reduction may also be available for our patients that choose to pay in full with cash, please ask one of our staff members for more details!

Sometimes, extenuating circumstances mean that economic factors play into the decision as to whether or not to receive proper treatment, especially for our patients with no dental coverage. We never want you to be in a position where your dental health is compromised because of these expenses. Please feel free to talk with one of our staff members, and we will work with you to figure out how best to move forward with proper dental treatment.

We offer interest-free financing through Carecredit for ALL procedures OVER $200 so that you can receive treatment even if you can not afford to pay the fee in full!

For your convenience, payments may be made with cash, personal check, and bank draft, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask our staff, and they will be more than happy to assist you!
