Meet the team

Rachel

Rachel graduated in 2004 from Cuyahoga Valley Career Center’s Dental Assisting Class and joined our practice immediately after. She is our longest tenured dental assistant, working with Southwest for 16 years. Rachel is a clinical assistant who can also handle any up front duties including scheduling and checking insurances. A true “jack of all trades” in the office, Rachel is fully cross-trained for any doctor or job in the office! After work, she enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dog in the park.

Kelly

Kelly is a 1997 graduate of North Royalton High School and Cuyahoga Valley Career Center’s Dental Assisting Program. She is a surgical dental assistant for Dr. Hui-Jin Lee, and has worked closely with Dr. Lee for over 20 years! Kelly has the most years of experience of any staff member at Southwest, and assists the practice by handling all the ordering.

Michael

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Michael is proud to be a lifelong Clevelander. Southwest Endodontics & Periodontics’ Practice Manager for almost 15 years, he received his Masters of Labor Relations/Human Resources in 2008. With a background in business management and management information systems, Michael is responsible for ensuring the total care and complete satisfaction of patients in the office. He is often mistaken for a recording or answering service on the phone, a fact that he is oddly proud of. You can often find Michael at various all-you-can-eat buffets in the local area.
